Categorization Disabled means that the serial of the Policy Server has been disabled for CNS Categorization. The users have to contact Netsweeper to reenable CNS Categorization for the serial.

[ C109 ] Database Error (reporter)

This is used to indicate the Policy Server was unable to load the current configuration from the Database. All pages will be denied until the Policy Server can load the database.

[ C100 ] Invalid Serial (reporter)

Invalid Serial means that the serial of the Policy Server is invalid. If the Policy Server is configured to deny on an invalid serial, all traffic will be denied and assigned this category, except for deny pages and other items added to the System Filter Bypass List.
