SysOps Creating Deny Pages
SysOps can only create Group, Policy, List, and Portal Deny Pages. When creating a Deny Page, they must first assign it and then click Submit in order to edit the content.
- As a SysOp, go to Tools > Deny Pages > Content and select the 'Create Deny Page' (+) button.

- You'll notice a "Please select at least one Policy, List, Group or Portal and save before editing content" warning when creating a Deny Page as a SysOp.

- Give the Deny Page a Name and link it to either a Portal Page, Group, Policy, or List. Select the Submit button to create your Deny Page.

- The new Deny Page displays.
- You can choose to edit the HTML code manually, or paste code from another source.

- You can also select the Rich Text toggle button in the Table Header. This will display the Rich Text Editor mode.

- The 'Rich Text Editor' includes different buttons and formatting tools, as well menu options for Rich Text editing.

- Customize your Deny Page as desired.

- When you are finished, ensure the Enable checbox is selected and click the Submit button to create your custom Deny Page.

- Your Custom Deny Page now appears in the Deny Page Content list.
